  1. bump says:

Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet Connections (or Internet Tools) Click on the Advanced tab and look for the cookies enabled box and check it.

  2. The Count says:

It’s right up underneath the browser where all the URLs appear for whatever site you are on. You should see : ‘File’, Edit, View, Favorites, TOOLS & Help.

You probably have IE7. At the top-right area of your screen, you should see an icon and the word “Tools”. Click on it and select Internet Properties. Follow the website’s instructions from there.

If you are using the new IE v 7.0 the “Tools” option is now located BELOW the URL address area on the lower left of the areas above the main window. There is a gear icon on the left side of the window. Thats become the tool which had a drop down menu which will allow you to change your cookies setting.

Most IE browsers should have text menus along the top just under the window pane with the browsers respective IE icon.

Do you have a bar that has File and edit on it?
    If yes
Rt click on it click on Customize command bar then click on Tools then click the Add button
    If not
Rt click on any blank area on top then click on Menu bar

    Hope this helped
