How do i fix IE9, as numerous applications depend on IE, and are impacted by it’s dilemma?

Question by Alexandru Sîrb: How do i fix IE9, as a lot of applications depend on IE, and are impacted by it is problem?
A little even though ago, i decided to test Web Explorer 9 Beta, even though i don’t use it for some purpose. I had several successive program crashes that caused a registry fault and Windows 7 wouldn’t begin. The only alternative left for me was to “Launch Startup Repair”. The partition UUID was repaired, and a registry rollback was carried out. That was no problem for me (i thought). Now IE9 crashes at startup with no error reported, any plan that depends on it is affected (like Yahoo! Messenger, it does not load the adobe flash plug-in). I cannot discover IE9 in Programs and Functions nor in Applications and Functions > Installed Updates to uninstall it… and i can’t reinstall it, given that it says that I have a newer version currently installed. I’m stuck. I attempted Microsoft FixIt, but it just would like me to reset firewall setting and other BS, not related to my difficulty, even though i bear in mind downloading for IE, not for the program. MS FixIt is not what it used to be. There may be some registry entries that i can delete or modify to be in a position to reinstall it. Any support?
Thanks in advance!
Alexandru
@Edward Fox: I use Opera exclusively. And i do not just “believe” they depend on it, I am positive. Tested.

@S M ARIF: I’ve already said i can’t remove it. If I delete the files, even the backups, I’m positive it is not sufficient. I want to mess with the registry.
ARE YOU Folks NOT Reading THE Particulars? I Cannot UNINSTALL IT @Rick_IE_Team. I’ll reinstall Windows. The most basic remedy, but i wanted… for some reason. And NO, i did not had a issue with IE prior to this.
I meant, “The most basic resolution, but i didn’t wanted… for some purpose.”. Sorry, there’s no choice for editing old posts, just adding facts.
SOLVED: Employed Tune-up Utilities 2011 to repair registry an defragment it (the only software i use and trust in registry repair). Not only IE operates, but solved an additional difficulty: Windows Logon took forever. Thanks absolutely everyone for the intention of assisting me, but please, before posting, read the details.

I haven’t used IE in a year. I use Firefox exclusively. I am not sure why you believe programs “depend” on IE.
Download and install Firefox and ignore IE just as many people do
