Q&A: Who can 1 complain to if an Internet business does not deliver?

Question by maxzamor: Who can one complain to if an World wide web company does not deliver?
I paid for “Registry Booster” following getting linked to it from Microsoft. The payment was supposed to give me access to the complete plan after registration. I was supposed to be emailed a serial amount to get that access. No serial quantity was ever sent. I sent their Client Support and Tech Support 4 emails but I get no response. I want to complain to someone. I do not know who.
Thank you for your help

Depends entirely where in the planet you are.

Have a appear on registry booster’s web site for a get in touch with phone quantity and give them a call. If that fails you can make contact with your buyer affairs or fair trading comission. You could get in touch with your card company and file a chargeback as a last resort, American Express are great at that.

I would shoot for a refund, those Registry Cleaner Super Booster Higspeed Personal computer With out Paying for Upgades Pro applications are complete rubbish. Microsoft did not give a link to it, they don’t and have never advocated messing with your registry in an try to speed your personal computer up because you cannot speed up your automobile by cleaning out the glove compartment.
