That’s simply because the ‘errors’ are not really errors. They are developed by your operating technique which are retained for future use. It the OS doesn’t locate those registry entries, it recreates them.
It’s no diverse from your world wide web cache. You could delete the cache following using your browser, but the moment you use your browser again, it starts downloading cookies, short-term files, etc. again. They are left there for long term use.
