    You can try CCleaner.If your xp is getting slower,try defragmenting the drive in which you have windows installed.Clean up the temporary files and all other useless files(CCleaner does this too).

    To defragment the drive Right click on the drive,click on properties,then go to tools, click defragment now and then click defragment button in the box that appears after selecting the drive in which windows is installed.You can do this for other drives too.

    If you haven’t done defragmentation for a long time then this process will take a long time to complete.You can also cancel this process in middle.
